1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bh999c ("we", "us", "the Platform", "bh999c"). 3 Account Registration and Security

Accounts that fail to pass identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended and balances withheld pending verification.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

bh999c accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to friends or family members — are strictly prohibited. bh999c reserves the right to return deposits to the originating payment source if a third-party funding source is detected. Deposits are credited to your bh999c wallet balance in real time for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions, and within one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day for bank transfer methods.

bh999c does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are beyond bh999c's control.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the withdrawal section of your bh999c account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method that matches the name on your bh999c account.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically within seconds to 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Rocket and Upay: Within 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer (DBBL, BRAC, City Bank, Islami Bank): Within one (1) to two (2) BST business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: Three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to international card network processing times.

bh999c may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ৳50,000. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where bh999c has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bh999c will communicate the reason for the delay to the registered account email address.

6 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bh999c will send a notification to the registered contact address thirty (30) days before an account is reclassified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in at bh999c.vip and complete any required identity verification steps.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bh999c are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and any applicable odds or game settings before confirming a wager. bh999c does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error.

Specific rules governing individual sports markets (including cricket BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup), casino games (including live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi), slot titles, and crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) are set by the respective game providers. In the event of a conflict between provider rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where provider rules concern game-specific mechanics, in which case the provider's rules apply.

bh999c reserves the right to void bets in any of the following circumstances:

• A technical error or data feed failure materially affected the displayed odds or game outcome.
• A bet was placed on a market that was offered in error.
• The outcome of an event has been manipulated through match-fixing or other fraudulent means, and this has been confirmed by a relevant sports authority.
• The Player placed the bet using funds sourced from a promotional bonus in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse as defined in Section 8.

8 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bh999c offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit, subject to a minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of the offer. Wagering must be completed within fourteen (14) days of the bonus being credited to your account.

Eligible games and minimum bet contribution rates toward wagering requirements:

• Slots (excluding progressive jackpot titles): 100% contribution.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution.
• Sports betting markets (minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in promotional configurations, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may lead to permanent account suspension. bh999c makes the sole determination as to what constitutes bonus abuse.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bh999c Platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, a pseudonym, or a third party's identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to all Players.
• Colluding with other Players in casino table games, poker, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Using arbitrage strategies or systematic low-margin betting patterns primarily for the purpose of clearing bonuses rather than genuine recreational play.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to exploit match-fixing or any form of sports event manipulation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the bh999c Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is explicitly prohibited by law, employing VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances including pending withdrawals, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on bh999c.vip — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of bh999c or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
